Have never had to use customer service as I have had no problems so cant feedback on this question. Communication fast and efficient, secure and reasonable after purchase. Will use PayPal for any purchases from suppliers that allow it, disappointed if they dont. You are never left in the dark about wether a payment has been received and the offers are great. I’ve had a great experience using PayPal Credit. It’s incredibly convenient for making larger purchases without having to pay everything upfront. The 0% interest promotion on purchases over a certain amount (if paid in full within the promotional period) is a huge benefit and has helped me manage my budget more effectively. Flexible and trustworthy

When I moved in my new place, I was really short of finance to furnish the place but having a good credit rating, I needed that extra cash to buy furniture and at the time, after search from my bank as well as other offers, the only one I really found attractive, offering flexibility and a comprehensive interest rate was PayPal Credit. It enabled my household to even pay regularly whenever I have money to reduce the instalments and this gave me better visibility of my debt. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025
