I have been with PayPal for a very long time now and they have always been 2nd to none. I trust them with my money, my finance information and data, to make payments on my behalf and resolve any query’s I have. I trust them more than my own bank. They are efficient and always deliver. I have been using PayPal for nearly 3 decades, and I...

I have been using PayPal for nearly 3 decades, and I feel secure when using PayPal to process payments to service providers/sellers. In addition to the security provided, PayPal Advisors are well trained, being good listeners, and will endeavour to sort out the issue re. dispute or refund. HOWEVER, of late, due to the more interaction of BOTS, this can be frustrating, listening to machine that is not programmed to offer alternatives, as in the case of when talking with the Advisors. Regretfully, last week it took me several attempts to speak with any Advisor but the damn BOT couldn't just get the jist or understanding that my issue could ONLY BE SOLVED BY A HUMAN. Sadly, thill this date no advisor has called me. But I am assured, if the Advisor attends to any issue, rest assured, consider the issue or problem solved. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
