Have been using PayPal for years & PayPal credit. Great for if anything goes wrong with transaction - usually very easily refunded. No interest period on PayPal credit is also ideal. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

PayPal is a very efficient and reliable service specifically, the app is very helpful and clear. I also find the web browser good too. I have limited experience with customer support however on one occasion when I did contact them on the phone the help was limited and I had to call again to speak to an alternative adviser who helped more than the initial contact. The call concerned a pay in three refund for a company which had entered administration. I think it would be beneficial for employees to have additional training on more niche matters like this to further the existing very good service offered in other regards.
