Used PayPal for over 10 years, customer services are excellent, any issues are dealt with swiftly, example I purchased shoes from Facebook thinking it was a company and it turned out to be a scam I’m a bit older and didn’t realise, I called PayPal explained what had happened they managed to get the money back, I use PayPal 3 payments a lot as feel secure and can manage my account easily, Will continue to use them as buy all online purchases with them, they make me feel safe Reviewed on: 30th May 2025
