Independence and confidentiality

I am using PayPal credit and pay in three from years and it helped me a lot without need of asking people for loan. I feel independent because of that. As a single mother of three without maintenance money from their father, I am occasionally struggling and I'm in need of this extra support which I can get by using these services. Because it is confidential I do feel well knowing that I can provide for myself and I don't need the explaining myself from anything. Like I can buy new mattress or wardrobe, or even cooker if old will need replacement and I don't have to rely on others in emergency situations. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Leaders in transparency via customer service.

I have been with PayPal for a good number of years and I have never had any trouble with them. They are always good at customer service and ensure the issue is resolved to a high level. I had a case where I used PayPal for a transaction which turned out to be fraudulent. PayPal helped me every step of the way and ensured that I got my money back. It’s such a simple and safe way of paying for stuff.

It’s such a simple and safe way of paying for stuff. I love the options for pay in three or credit for 0% for 4 months when over £100. Really helps to spread out spending to make things more affordable. Also like the inbuilt safety to help you manage your finances by removing options like pay in 3 when you reach a limit!
