I've been using PayPal for many years as a safe and secure way to pay for my online purchases. They have always been helpful and supportive if I've had an issue, e.g products not as advertised, not arriving or being damaged, ensuring I am not out of pocket. Authentication redirection issues via PayPal app.

I've found the majority of transactions to be easy, although redirection for authentication via the PayPal app feature does not work, which can be frustrating! On the whole though - I've had a great experience. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
