Paypal has been exactly as I expected to me. Completely fair. I especially like the Paypal money back guarantee when something goes wrong. I've had nothing but positive things to say about Paypal. Fantastic addition in terms of credit in order to purchase products and pay back over a length of time. Considerate and aware of all potential problems should the user have any issues however as of functionality, Paypal credit webpage shows clear information as to what is available and suggested rate of pay to contribute back to them.
