I regularly use PayPal for all my online transactions and find it very satisfying and rewarding. The customer service team are very friendly and helpful and they have always been very supportive. I will continue to use my PayPal account for all my purchases going forward as I am confidant that my money is always covered by their wonderful service and PayPal guarantee. Amazing service, my family has used PayPal for now 2 generations. Brilliant service when needed, a rarity amongst companies these days… however they need to keep respecting long term users and not forget where they began. Sometimes you begin to feel taken for granted, more credit offers / incentive's should be given to long term users. Reviewed on: 29th April 2026
