Reliable payment processor, needs work on PayPal Plus.

Reliable payment processor, slightly cranky as they move more into the banking service space. The PayPal+ points system is a little wonky so far, especially when it comes to customer service’s interaction (or lack thereof) with it. Communication could be better too.
