Convenient financing and easy to use

I have been using PayPal Credit for a while now to finance larger purchases. The 0% interest offer for 4 months on purchases over a certain amount is incredibly useful and helps me manage my budget. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

They allow scammed to easily set up reoccurring payments and when presented with the case did nothing about it. Before this interaction I thought they good, but that was just through ease of use. Now I have seen what they are really like my mind is changed. They do not protect their customers like they state. Also customer service is unresponsive on the phone. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Amazing customer service and very helpful

I use PayPal on daily basis when buying online. I had issue once where my PayPal credit direct debit payment for some reason didn’t go through and I was struggling to set it up. Called customer service and with no time and hassle they sorted it for me and I didn’t have to manually pay it anymore. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Long-term Customer

I've been using PayPal for years now, they keep up to date with constantly changing world and technology. Use of the service is easy and straightforward. I had no problem with applying for a credit when purchasing more expensive products, and its easy to pay off woth scheduled payments. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
