I know my money is safe with PayPal

On occasion when I have bought goods that have been of poor quality and I have had to return them, and the company will not respond, PayPal have intervened and always got my money back for me. Easy to talk to someone as well rather than just a bot. It’s why I always use them as I know my money is safe from scammers. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Safe,secured, and Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. My money and every transaction is safe so I feel at ease everytime I use paypal. Especially whenever I buy big purchases like plane tickets etc, I use paypal because it's like a double protection if anything goes wrong. One example, our flights were cancelled and it took a long time for the company to refund us. But with the help of paypal, it was returned to us when we contacted them. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
