Always a great experience with PayPal.

Always a great experience with PayPal. They are super helpful when needed to step in between yourself and companies. Recently I had an issue with payments going to meta and it was impossible to speak to a person there (we all know that!) and I couldn’t stop the payments as I just kept getting an error. Whilst meta obviously disputed the case, PayPal helped where they could - ultimately their hands were tied but the case has the desired effect as meta cancelled the payments. I can’t fault PayPal at all, they will always do what they can to assist Reviewed on: 13th July 2026

My experience with PayPal Credit has been mostly positive. The service is easy to use, and payments are well‑organised. I have used pay in 3 multiple times since it became available and it was very simple to apply for paypal Credit, I got a limit of £1000 and it this credit line has helped me or more than one occasion, highly recommended.
