I just about use paypal for all of my online transactions because it is so simple to use and most of the online retailers accept paypal. I really like the fact that they offer credit options too as it helps spread the cost, the customer service is flawlwess because the advisors are real people and very helpfull. I've been with PayPal for many years and have used PayPal to purchase many items and they have always provided the credit. The few times I've had to use PayPal to get a refund they've done it quickly with no fuss. Used PayPal for 10 years or more and had no problems.. Only problem is no UK on your home page to get in touch quickly with them.. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026
