Excellent service

So easy and safe too use. Very convenient very clear statements.customer service always easy to contact. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Easy to use

Easy to use online. Credit limit offered is ideal and the 0% for 4 months on spends of £100+ offer is very useful. Using this sensibly has helped me increase my credit rating. Seeing that you can get a physical card now too for in person and retailers that don’t offer PayPal. I do sometimes find the statements hard to understand Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Convenient, easy

I use PayPal credit for most of my large purchases. It’s a huge perk to be able to access 0% within a certain timescale. Payment for products is easy, you are sent reminders if you need and the all is very user friendly. I will continue to make my purchases this way when needed. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

I’ve used paypal for 16 years

I’ve used PayPal for 16 years, as it always gave me peace of mind making purchases online. I’ve had purchased items not turn up before and PayPal help you contact them, then refund you eventually if that company doesn’t. I use PayPal regularly and I’d recommend it to everyone. Their app is user friendly and even using check out by PayPal is easy. I’ve never had an issue over the last 16 years of using PayPal. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Top of the class.

I Have used paypal for a number of years now and have had a first class service from day one. The payment options are varied from having a credit amount to use for whatever you want with easy repayment options. Pay for items in 3 installments or simply pay in full. Its convenient for any financial situation. Customer service and keeping me informed, again 1st class. My go to site with almost any purchase. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
