Fantastic all round!!

I’ve had a PayPal account for many years and have always loved the flexibility it gave me for paying online without providing my main bank details. I recently signed up to the debit and credit cards for even more flexibility. The ease of being able to transfer money back and forth between accounts is fantastic. The offer on the credit card of 0% interest on payments over £99 for 4 months is such a great safety net for those months where things might be a little tight. I’ve only had to contact customer service a couple of times over the years and each time it has been excellent. The staff are friendly, informative and go above and beyond to resolve the issue. PayPal has always serviced me well.

PayPal has always serviced me well. Any problems with deliveries and a seller, they are always fair. I have never had an issue with them and I have used PayPal for more than 20 years. Ease of purchase and details not shared

Ease of purchase and peace of mind that if short of cadhflow, it can be paid at a later date. There is no need to add credit card details for online purchases which can be daunying for retailers, that are less well known. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Brilliant for spreading the cost

Paypal credit is brilliant for being able to spread the cost of purchases. Great if you can pay it off before interest is applied to.you will receive payment reminders if you haven’t set up a direct debit Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

PayPal is the best all round

PayPal has a fantastic system that helps me manage my money safely and in a financially prudent way. I love choosing PayPal in checkout on a website as it means I don't need to enter my bank details online and risk them being stolen. And the pay in 3 and PayPal Credit options allow me to make big purchases knowing I am able to pay them back without going into serious debt. Finally, when there has been an issue, PayPal has resolved it quickly for me. I compare this to Klarna where noone was willing to provide actual support when I had a payment issue with a purchase. I've since closed the Klarna account and will only be using PayPal from now on. Trust is so important in financial services. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
