Customer service team are helpful and efficient

Had an issue where I used PayPal credit to but something and paid it off but had to refund the item. My account was in debt to me but I couldn't get the money back. I spoke to the customer service team who were understanding and helpful and sorted the issue. Reviewed on: 15th April 2026

I pay with PayPal every time I make a purchase online as I feel this is the safest and quickest way to to do just so. I was considering a project on my house but didn’t really have the spare cash at that time and as what I needed for the project was reduced significantly so I purchased what I needed with the help from PayPal credit and they helped me save money as well.
