After PayPal Credit was used to pay a large purchase...

After PayPal Credit was used to pay a large purchase & took the funds out of my bank account putting me into overdraft & asking your advisor how it could be reversed I ended up more frustrated due to the lack of the advisor’s understanding of the major issue thus had caused & she didn’t really understand or get what I was meaning which led to even more frustration.
