Suggestions

Everything is good ,except some times taking long time to reach to an advisor, and I think PayPal do Not accept repaying by Balance Transfer from another credit card, plus if you open another option for chatting to resolve customer's problems , not just calling , would be much easier , then I'll vote for an excellent services.
