Whenever I make a purchase it is always seamless and so easy to navigate. If I ever need to raise a dispute with a supplier, PayPal are always on the ball with fast responses and actions. The customer service is truly top tier. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026

Regular credit checks nonexistent

PayPal states they do regular checks to increase credit limit. I think the AI software is not working properly. All the other credit companies increased my limit to over £5000. I started with PayPal with a credit limit of only £250. Took them 4 years to increase it to £2000 and now after another few years nothing has changed yet. I have always new offer above £11000 from other creditors. Obviously I don't accept everything as I don't need to. But PayPal itself does not regularly check as they promise I can say.
