My smooth transition to PayPal

My wife has used PayPal for over 20 years and had nothing but excellent customer service and support, she convinced me to start using PayPal when I had a problem with a credit card payment and terrible lack of service/communication from the CC company. Representatives should be willing to listen, take customers' concerns and frustrations seriously, and work toward resolving issues professionally rather than arguing or fighting with customers.
