I have used PayPal for a very long time and any issue that has arisen has been dealt with quickly and favourably. The only thing that could do with being improved is being able to pay buy now pay later things off easier. There is not currently a way to specify where payments should be added in that respect. I’ve always paid on time and never had any issues using PayPal credit, gives me the flexibility to pay in 4 0% instalments (sounds like an ad but genuinely). PayPal have great customer service anyway so highly recommend Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

PayPal customer services helped with Direct Debit

PayPal customer services helped me when I needed to change the date of my direct debit. Initially they made a mistake and forgot to cancel the original direct debit so the money still went out of my account, however a quick call to customer services rectified the problem and a refund given. The payment are now taken on correct dates. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024
