The only problem with PayPal is calling Customer Service ! As with Many Companies today offering a 'Service' e.g Ebay, Courier Companies etc it's almost impossible to find a direct number when there's an issue. Instead, so begins the ongoing navigation of protocol in order to trying somehow achieve a callback. Given the scale and obvious success of PayPal, it appears cheap that such a Company also follows suit and presents the Customer with the 'same ol' when really it should be setting the example.
