Clear communication with respect for the customer

Easy to checkout with and clear on terms at the point of purchase. Information regarding each purchase is available on their site. Regular communications about balance, savings that can be made if repayment value is increase and date of payments gives me the feeling that I am a customer, not just a monthly payment.
