I use PayPal a lot when purchasing goods online, if there are any issues are always resolved promptly. Friends have sent me money across when I have purchased items on their behalf and that also runs smoothly. I like the option to use PayPal credit or to send the money into my bank account. Disappointed

I had pay in 3 option removed from my pay options without an explanation…considering I have never missed a payment in my 10 years with PayPal…I still think it’s an appalling way to treat a customer Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Excellent Financial Tool

I've always had a positive experience with Paypal Credit. The ease of paying for goods, services and items is what makes Paypal Credit so attractive. I cannot envisage life without Paypal Credit nowadays. I find it reassuring to use Paypal Credit as it means I don't have to worry abput my card details fallng into the wrong hands! Paypal credit review

I like being able to spread the cost of purchases when I cant afford to pay the whole amount straight away. 0% interest for four months is great. The app is easy to use and straight forward to view and the customer service is prompt, revolving any issues. Theres the option to add and withdraw funds and transfer money to others also.
