Helpful and friendly service

I couldn't pay my credit back directly on the site, was trying for about 5 days, until I gave them a call and it turned out that it was because of my bank, they helped me do it, only took about 2 min to sort it, staff is very friendly and helpful, thank you very much for the people you are!
