PayPal eased my fears....

I had an issue where I had sent goods back to a company but they had (unbeknownst to me), gone bust. So, I was left without my money or the goods. Understandably, I was distraught as it was a considerable purchase. PayPal helped me navigate through the problem and also equipped me with some handy hints and tips for the future!!
