PayPal will always be my go to, secure and easy to use

PayPal has always been my go to when sending money to friends or family and for making online purchases. I always feel reassured that if anything goes wrong, that PayPal are there incase I have any issues. I have had to do disputes in the past and PayPal have always sorted this for me. It’s an easy, secure way to shop online and I recommend it to everyone. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

PayPal is very easy to use.

PayPal is very easy to use. I like to.use it for online shopping as it makes me feel more confident in my purchase. You have options for interest free borrowing but if you need a little longer to pay it is cheaper than most credit cards. The only downside is how long it takes to take the payments from your bank. I have used PayPal for many years and consider it a safe and reliable way to make online purchases. I particularly value the sense of security it provides, especially when buying from unfamiliar websites. The customer service response time should be applauded, and the company sets a strong example of what good customer service should look like. However, I do wish that the interest rates on repayments better reflected the company’s otherwise positive approach to supporting customers in managing their debt. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
