I had a query about a payment i was concerned about as i used PayPal credit pay in 3 installments but the product i purchased i returned but there was a payment that was still sitting on my balance. I phoned customer service and they provided clarity as to why it was still there and also as a good will gesture removed the interest that incurred on the statement which I thought was a really nice touch Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

Honestly, PayPal just makes life easier. Sending and receiving money is quick, and I don’t have to stress about security when I’m paying online. It works pretty much everywhere, which is super convenient. Definitely one of those apps I actually rely on. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
