Paypal is my trusted go to

On a whole PayPal including PayPal credit is always my go to when buying online or now when considering purchases and points available on items I would be buying anyway. I always feel safe and secure that the extra layer of protection safeguards my hard earned money. On a whole I find PayPal have excellent customer service. I can always get someone on a call in a fairly short time and advisors appear to be engaged and alert to what you are saying and understand customer needs. Where they don’t have an immediate answer (rare occasion) they go over and above to find out whilst you are on the line and/or always come back when they promise to. This in my opinion is gold and valued extremely highly by myself. as an autistic individual I don’t think I can recall being frustrated at any interaction or feel misunderstood, which does happen frequently with other banks or finance providers. So I commend PayPal highly and will continue to provide my custom. If I could give any constructive criticism I would say PayPal could view better interest rates for long-standing customers, that’s the only thing I could think of as I’ve been a customer for I think 20+ years Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

PayPal credit is such an Easy and fast way to pay, I use my card when I’m travelling so I know all my purchases are safe I also like that I can use it on my phone so no need to worry about having my physical card on me. I love having access to all my info on my app Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
