PayPal credit is great through the app.

Great to use

It's convenient and easy to use, lots of retailers accept pay pal payments. Especially small businesses, having a no interest window helps to spread out the cost without incurring charges. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

My default online payment choice for over 20 years

Have been a paypal customer for over 20 years and have always found them to provide an excellent level of customer service and offer a range of useful services such as the ability to transfer funds without fees, pay in 3, 4 months interest free on purchases over £100. Very rarely had any issues with the use of paypal, though when I have had issues their customer service team have always resolved everything promptly and without any hassle. Paypal has always been my default online payment choice for as long as I've been using the internet. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

PayPal integration is there when you need it

PayPal is a very well integrated company, when you pay the options are there and they do what it says on the tin and if there is a problem they take it seriously and always have a human to talk to. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

PayPal credit has been useful

PayPal credit has been useful for me and with the points program there is a higher incentive to use it. It would be handy if the limit increase was more intuitive like how Amex do it. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026

Recently made amazing
