been using Paypal for years but change is due

I have been using Paypal for years and always been pleased with it, now here is the "but" I moved a couple of months ago and paypal cannot recognise my address which means that pay in 3 and other forms of credit have been suspended on my account which is why I will be looking elsewhere in the very near future.
