The PayPal Cashback Mastercard is a strong no annual fee cashback card that works best if you use PayPal often, offering three percent cashback on PayPal checkout purchases and one point five percent on everything else, with rewards flowing directly into your PayPal balance and redeeming automatically without points to manage. It has some drawbacks, including no welcome bonus, no introductory zero percent APR, a three percent foreign transaction fee that makes it unsuitable for travel, and the requirement to have a PayPal account. Overall, it is a nice, simple, rewarding card for people who regularly use PayPal and prefer straightforward cashback, but if PayPal is not part of your daily spending, you will likely earn more with a general cashback card.
