I’ve been using PayPal for several years and it seems to improve and move with the times to suit my needs. I particularly like Pay in 3, enabling me to spread the cost of smaller purchases and PayPal credit is ideal for larger purchases. Communication is good, with being given adequate reminders of when payments are due. It’s easy to keep track of refunds and move money back into your bank account once the refund is complete. The financial support has been very helpful, and I appreciate the assistance provided. However, I believe there could be more flexibility in certain situations. For example, because my payment was made just one week late, it had a negative impact on my credit score. Considering the circumstances, a more lenient approach to minor delays would be greatly appreciated and could help prevent disproportionate consequences for customers. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026
