Reliable and customer friendly

I have been using PayPal since 2021 and I have never had any regrets. Customer service response is prompt and always willing to help, especially when I had some repayment issues this year. Also, I have also benefited from the promotions, which gives me ample time to pay back with 0% interest. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Convenient and easy to use, just watch the interest

I've been using PayPal Credit for a while now and overall it's been a solid experience. Setting it up was straightforward and it's handy for spreading the cost of larger purchases. The app makes it easy to keep track of payments and balances, and the checkout process is quick when using it online. Customer service has generally been helpful when I've needed to get in touch. The main downside is that the interest rate can be high if you don't clear the balance within the promotional period, so it pays to stay on top of repayments.
