I’ve been using PayPal for a number of years now and it’s always been my go-to payment method when shopping online. It’s quick, easy to use and gives me confidence when buying from retailers I haven’t used before. What I like most is the extra security and buyer protection, which gives me peace of mind if there’s ever an issue with an order. Everything is straightforward, from making payments to keeping track of transactions in the app. I’ve never had any major problems using PayPal and it’s become a service I rely on regularly. For convenience, security and trust, I think PayPal is a deserving winner of Best Retail Finance Provider. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

Smoothest transactions but not the best exchange rates

They don't have the best exchange rates which they really should provide as they charge a transaction fee. The ease of the transactions is second to none. And the credit feature is convenient. They should offer a longer period for purchases over 500 or 600. Reviewed on: 13th June 2026

The site is so easy to use and there are so many options available in relation to payment, including the Pay in 3 which I find helpful at certain times of the month. It's an easy to access and easy to use site - would not be without it! Reviewed on: 13th June 2026
