PayPal refunded me when AliExpress didn’t

I had an issue a few months ago from Ali express and they refused to help me kept saying product held value so refused to give me a refund or help even though I had 3 months to return the item. Frustrated I contacted PayPal and they helped me by asking for evidence of everything which I had and provided and they issued me a refund for the items I bought Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I've had a good experience so far, except for the one time that I got caught off in the middle of a chat by one of the representatives. I made a complaint about it, which was duly investigated and promptly sorted. I believe overall it was a transparent process. Kudos to that. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I have been using PayPal now for a few years, and find it quite easy to do, obviously I do try to keep on top of payments, but they are a business and I do find the interest is quite high, so I don’t use it as much as I would if interest lower or like other places you could get interest free for 12/18 months, I would be buying much more, Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
