I have been a customer for many years, and have always been satisfied with the information I have received about my account, regular statements, the ability to spread the cost of purchases over 3 months for free etc etc. I had a problem with an order which wasn't fulfilled but it was sorted quickly. Online shopping problems sorted

Despite having and providing a proof of postage and delivery Harvey Nichols returns centre kept refusing to refund over £800 credit. Provided same information to PayPal who I now use for all Internet purchases and credit arrived within 2 days. 9 contacts with Harvey Nicols nothing, two with PayPal solved.
