Communication over issues could be better

Mostly my experience has been positive although there have been two occasions where I had queries about my account. I spoke to someone and the query was handed to a back office team who I was unable to speak to. I was not kept updated and only knew what the resolution was when I noticed a change had been made on my account. Reviewed on: 5th July 2026
