I would like to thank PayPal for their excellent customer service. Last week, I noticed a £54 subscription renewal from a third party that I had not authorised. After contacting PayPal, their support team was understanding, professional, and quick to help. Thanks to their assistance, my case was resolved and I received a full refund. I have also found PayPal’s Pay in 3 service very helpful and convenient for managing purchases. Reliable and safe

I have had my paypal account for decades, originally alongside my ebay account as a buyer and seller, but now it is so much more. I always use it for large purchases, thanks to the extra protection Paypal provides. The recent addition of Paypal plus has been great, it's nice to get a little money back each month for buying what I would anyway. I have both a credit and debit card with Paypal that I use for pretty much everything. Reviewed on: 14th June 2026
