Overall Excellent, only one problem experienced

I rate PayPal credit highly. However I experienced one draw back - sometimes payments made against your balance take days to update. I wanted to use Paypal for a 24 month installment phone purchase. There was an offer on with Samsung tied to using Paypal for the purchase, and my balance didnt update for 4 or 5 days after the payment was made, by which time the offer expired.
