Very disappointing service overall

Very confusing direct debit system for paying off PayPal credit. I set up a direct debit only to find that PayPal used a different pre-exisiting a/c instead which caused me a lot of problems including missing a payment. You sometimes have to wait a very long time - much more than the stated 'around 1 minute' for customer services to respond to a chat question. Reviewed on: 4th July 2026
