My 20 year Palpay accounts.

I've had a paypal account for nearly 20 years. When I've needed help over the years, customer service have stepped in and dealt with different sellers and refunded me. So good when needed. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026

We've been (Pay)Pal's for over 20yrs now

I have been using PayPal for over 20yrs now, and have never had a problem. There's been occassion. where a seller wouldn't play ball after screwing up an order PayPal sorted it out for me. In recent times I've had pay in 3/4 interest free arrangements, and they've really helped us keep our finances under control, because there was no need to make a hefty up front payment, before receiving the goods. I’ve been using PayPal for years, and it’s one of the payment services I trust the most. Whether I’m shopping online, or receiving payments, it’s always been quick, secure, and easy to use. I really appreciate the extra peace of mind PayPal provides. Knowing my financial details aren’t shared with every retailer makes online shopping feel much safer. The app and website are simple to navigate, transactions are usually instant, and I like being able to keep track of all my payments in one place.
