I stopped using paypal a couple of years ago when I wasn’t refunded for some uber transactions that were not made on my account (i’e fraud). Help could be improved but so easy to use

You tend to be directed to self help options which I understand but to get a person either through chat or email can feel like a bit of work. But you can’t beat the ease of use of PayPal generally. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2026
