interest rate was lower

The paypal payback interest rate was lower than the other plans. It offered varying plan lengths and so was a great adaptable choice. The only problem was that these plans weren't available on other websites I checked for my purchase. Pay in 4 was available but not the more lengthy plans Reviewed on: 29th June 2026
