Good service, especially the 4months interest free credit. The option to use credit card for sites that do not work with PayPal is even greater. The only problem is that the platform does not recognise payments and still goes ahead and charges you the minimum due pay even after depositing 10 times the amount due for the month. PayPal Credit. Is this still the best.

PayPal Credit came as a bit of a surprise when it first came to the UK. It did not have all of the tangled web that US companies offering credit always did. It was straightforward, simple, and easy to use. PayPal was already pretty ubiquitous for secure online shopping and this added a further dimension to simplify and distance personal details from sellers. To top it all off PayPal Credit now offers a card option that can be linked to exterior payment systems such as smart phones. I only mark PayPal, and ALL finance companies, down for the fact that talking to a human being, if you have a problem, is almost impossible. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026

Easy to use.

Easy to use. I know where I stand and it ensures I repay credit in a timely manner.. I like the choice to pay in 3 or over 4 months. I would like the option to pay over 6 months. The introduction of the benefits/points is welcome and hopefully the choice of retailers will increase over time. Reviewed on: 25th June 2026
