Time to process payments needs improvement

Time to process payments is painfully slow at times. People don’t want their money to be in limbo for long - they want near instant gratification for saving - paying statements etc. I know these things are possible because your competitors such as Chase that offer similar products achieve instant clearance of payments. Piece of mind and flexibility in an instant

With 5 children 2 of which are neurodivergent I often have to buy things before payday, if I know I’ve not got the money I have piece of mind I’ve options to use with PayPal credit or more often pay in 3, it’s always paid back before I need to, but 100% gives me the flexibility I often need without the worry Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
