Really quick decisions and very easy to use, it has made things far more accessible for me without the worry of paying for everything upfront. However, I do think the £12 late fees are a little high, especially as you receive it the day after your deadline and sometimes these things can be forgotten so I think a bit more flexibility there would better customer service but this is just one small issue.
