Good service but need some improvement.

I've been using PayPal for a long time, and I've only had a few negative experiences where they didn't assist me with cancellations or refunds because of their complicated account settlement process. It took a while for them to get back to me. If they could improve in this area, it would greatly enhance the user experience. Overall, though, PayPal has been pretty reliable.
