My experience have been so good and I really appreciate because I have it at ease when ever needed to solve issues. I have been using PayPal for some time now, is convenient for online purchases, and l primarily use it for online retailers that accept PayPal and is helpful when I want to split payment over a few months. Is easy to apply and quick approval, is useful for emergency purchases, 0% interest if paid in 3 months as stipulated. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

On the whole a good service.

On the whole a good service. Only spoken to customer service team once and having worked as service quality representative in the fianance industry and also worked as a senior compliant handed, the lady that I spoke to was very abrupt and not particularly helpful and kept referring me back to my bank to check my details which I knew were correct.
