Reliable and protected.

PayPal are my heroes, every time I shop I look for a PayPal option to pay, my money is safe and the transactions are always smooth, I've had issues with companies and sellers (eBay) and every time PayPal helps me, they always resolve the situation and I know that I never have to worry. Confusing payment/direct debit process

Poor customer service, the first person did not read my issue properly and gave me an irrlevant answer and when I requested they read ALL my messages regarding my issue I was told that he would transer me to the department that dealt with 'that'. 2 days later, no messages and the chat string had been closed. I rang to speak with someone instead who explained what had happened. The direct debit/make a payment process is confusing, if you edit the payment it seems to cancel it - even the operative I was on the phopne with said it was confusing so what chance does a customer have!. I wouldn't recommend Paypal credit, the only reason I even use it is because of the occasional 4 months free credit offers. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025
