Bought a TV. Arrived smashed.. PayPal did'nt pay!

I bought a TV from Xiaomi and it arrived smashed to pieces. You decided in their favour when I raised at money back guarentee? still unsure how that was physcially possible when reported within 48 hours of delivery after unboxing. All emails provided.
